Public beta 3, alongside its mirror update, dev beta 4, are the smallest updates to the iOS 13 beta cycle thus far. That's not to say Apple skimped on new features and changes — you'll find
1. new animation when sharing a picture in Photos
2. counter for the number of similar pictures hidden in curated areas of Photos
3. functionality updates to 3D Touch
4. new Voice Messages icon
5. corrected app menus on the home screen
6. new Share sheet colors
7. new "Rearrange Apps" option in the quick actions menu on the home sceen
Installing the beta
As usual, Apple will beta test the new release with both developers and the public. Those with an active developer account can visit developer.apple.com/download on the device they want to install the iOS or iPadOS beta on, and install the beta profile from there. The first developer beta was released on Monday, June 3, with a second release on Monday, June 17.

What’s new in iOS 13 public beta 3?
iOS 13 public beta 3 is the same as the fourth developer beta that was seeded yesterday. After combining through the update, we found a number of small and major improvements, including some new bugs, so install it at your own risk.
